Who do I call to report a dead animal? If the deceased animal is in the District's easement, right-of-way, the alley or streets you can contact the District at 972-899-4000 and request to have it removed. If the deceased animal is on your private property, please contact Denton County Animal Control at 972-898-5601 and ask for the Sherriff's Dept.

What do I do about a stray animal?  Please contact Denton County Animal Control at 940-898-5601 to report all stray animals.
